Asians make up the largest and most dispersed peoples of the world, and Christians constitute a sizable proportion of this population. Asian Christians are likely to emigrate, and many have embraced Christian faith at their diasporic destinations. In light of these realities, the Asian Diaspora Christianity series charts the growing interconnections between the Diaspora Christian communities by providing a rich, multidisciplinary, and contemporary perspective on the globalization of Asian Christianity.

This volume, the last in the Asian Diaspora Christianity series, brings together scholars of Asian background and a few others who are situated in diverse locations to draw insights on Christian ministry from a diasporic perspective. This volume pays special attention to the Asian diasporic experience in areas of theology and ministry. Issues of a practical nature, such as English-language worship, contextual leadership, and missionary training are included.

"The Asian experience of migration is unique not only in its outbound magnitude in scale, history, and influence on the adopted societies but also in its internal and inbound migration. This book, thus, provides rare insights into the phenomenon and what the Holy Spirit is doing in and through people on the move."

Wonsuk Ma, Dean and Professor of World Christianity, Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, OK (United States)

"The Asian Diaspora Christianity series charts the growing insights of Asian diaspora Christian communities by providing a rich, multidisciplinary, and contemporary perspective on the globalization of Asian Christianity. This is a valuable resource for all the students of mission and ministry to understand fresh voices from an emerging Global South!"

Finny Philip, Principal, Filadelfia Bible College, Udaipur, India

"Asian diaspora Christians are fast becoming a central phenomenon in world missions today. This three-volume series on Asian diaspora Christianity arrives at a prime time during the rise of the church in the Global South and the emergence of an Asian Indigenous missionary movement to the world. This volume is an invaluable collection of theological reflections of Asian diasporas for the Asian church to begin its long journey to address the many global and complex issues ahead."

David Ro, Regional Director of East Asia, The Lausanne Movement

"Migration and mission are of utmost importance to the biblical faith. It may be right to say that without migration, perhaps, the biblical faith--the Jewish as well as the Christian faith--would not have come into existence. Migration and the diasporic life of the people of God are foundational for the expansion and establishment of the Christian faith and also for the final formation of one new human in Christ in the world without dividing walls of separation--the ultimate goal of God's mission in the world. I congratulate Dr. Sam George for taking up this project."

Simon Samuel, Professor of New Testament and Christian Origins, New Theological College, Dehradun, India
